Introduction Welcome to TypeScale (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By defining typographic scales and applying them to your designs using the TypeScale application (the “App”) within Canva, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.
Use of the App TypeScale is a utility tool designed to help users generate and visualize typographic scales. The App is provided for your personal and commercial use within the Canva environment. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the App complies with all applicable laws and regulations, as well as Canva’s Terms of Use.
Intellectual Property The App and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Mehmet Hanifi ASLAN. Using the App does not give you ownership of any intellectual property rights in the App or the content you access.
Disclaimer of Warranties The App is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. We make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the operation of the App or the information, content, or materials included therein. To the full extent permissible by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
Limitation of Liability In no event shall Mehmet Hanifi ASLAN be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the App, even if we have been notified of the possibility of such damage.
Changes to Terms We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the App following the posting of any changes to these Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.
